Before arriving at the airport
- Write your first and last names, mobile phone number, and email address on the outside of a name tag, which is also available at the airport.
- Remove all barcode tags from your previous flights
- Take a photo of them; you can add a sticker to personalize it
When checking your luggage at the airport:
- The barcode label must be securely attached in addition to your name tag with your contact information. Make sure you attach the label to your own luggage (especially if traveling in a group)
- Stick the 3 small additional barcode stickers on your luggage to ensure it can be identified by multiple barcodes. These small barcodes can be detached from your label printed at the self-service kiosk.
