The current processing time for refunds is 30 days.
- If your request meets the conditions for a refund, then the refund will be credited to the credit card that you used to pay for your ticket. If you used another payment method to pay for your reservation, we may contact you for some additional information.
- If we cannot fulfill your request, we’ll send you an email to the email address that you provided while making the request.
Processing times may be longer if you used one of the following payment methods: payment in 3 or 4 installments (Oney), payment with multiple cards, or payment by voucher.
