On board, you are allowed to bring one carry-on bag and one personal item free of charge, provided that the combined total weight does not exceed 12 kg.
1 carry-on bag:
- Max weight (including personal item): 12 kg
- Max dimensions: Height < 55 cm x Length < 35 cm x Width < 25 cm.
- The sum of the three dimensions must not exceed 115 cm.
Important: Carry-on baggage is included in the baggage allowance for all tickets purchased after February 17, 2025.
1 personal item: 1 handbag, or 1 laptop, or 1 overcoat, or 1 coat, or 1 camera, etc.
- Max weight: 4 kg (included in the total weight of carry-on baggage).
- Max dimensions: Height < 40 cm x Length < 30 cm x Width < 15 cm.
Total baggage allowance: Carry-on baggage + Accessory = 12 kg max.
To check the dimensions of your baggage and accessory, you may be asked to place them in a template provided for this purpose.
