For unaccompanied minors, we offer 2 types of assistance (on French bee flights only):
- A mandatory “UM” service for children aged 4 to 11.
- An optional “UMZZ” service for children aged 12 to 17.
These services can be added up to 48 hours before departure. We strongly recommend that you purchase unaccompanied minor services at the same time as the tickets as each flight may only have a certain number of chaperones. For safety reasons, dedicated seats will be allocated to unaccompanied minors, unfortunately you can't choose for a seat assignment.

- To benefit from the UM service, add a “Child traveling alone.”
- To benefit from the UMZZ service, add an “Teenager traveling alone.” In the “Services” section, select the unaccompanied minor service.
