From Reunion Island:
In December 2019, the EU updated its regulations on the transportation of plant products in luggage:
- Mangoes, peppers, lemons, limes, and other citrus fruits are forbidden in all luggage (cabin or hold).
- Litchis, passion fruit, and all other plant products are authorized, albeit in quantities up to 5 kg. If you wish to bring back more than 5 kg, you’ll have to complete a declaration form.
- There are no restrictions on pineapples, coconuts, and bananas.
