Check-in and Boarding Procedures
We recommend arriving at the airport at least 3 hours before departure.
This will give you enough time to complete all necessary procedures — check-in, security screening, and boarding — calmly and without rushing, while also taking care of your child’s needs before the flight.
🕒 Arrive 3 hours early to handle all pre-flight formalities with peace of mind when traveling with a young child.
Security Screening
To make the security process smoother and faster, place all liquids, baby food jars, and powdered formula together in a single transparent bag.
This helps security officers inspect them more efficiently.
Feeding Your Baby On Board
You may feed your baby as soon as the seat belt sign is turned off.
If you’d like to serve a warm meal, our crew can heat baby food in the microwave.
As this service may take a little time, we recommend asking in advance.
Easing Ear Pressure
During takeoff and landing, changes in cabin pressure may cause discomfort for babies.
Bring a pacifier, bottle, or teething ring to help relieve ear pressure.
Clothing Tips
Cabin temperatures can sometimes be cool.
Dress your baby in comfortable layers so you can easily adjust their clothing during the flight.
Strollers and Carrycots
After landing, your stroller or carrycot will be available at the baggage carousel.
Since the carousel area can be a distance from the aircraft, we recommend bringing a baby carrier for added convenience.
Diapers and Changing Facilities
Always pack a few extra diapers in your carry-on bag.
Aircraft lavatories are equipped with changing tables, so you can change your baby safely and comfortably on board.
Baby Bassinets On Board
A limited number of baby bassinets are available on our flights.
To secure one, please request this service as early as possible, ideally at the time of booking.
