• If an agent is available, you’ll be connected at once.
• If no agents are available, you can write a message and be contacted by email.

Here’s how to chat with one of our agents:

2. Click on the speech balloon on the bottom right of your screen
3. Enter your request (e.g., “Chat with an agent”) or click on the “Talk to a human” icon on the top right of the chatbot window
