Yes, it’s possible in certain cases but there are a few important conditions to keep in mind:
Your stroller must be checked in at the airport. This process is not available online.
During check-in, you can choose to:
-
Have your stroller placed directly in the cargo hold, or
-
Keep it with you until boarding, if permitted. In that case, it will be taken by staff at the gate before you board the aircraft.
Please note: Due to operational requirements (such as safety, space, or passenger volume), the check-in agent may require that your stroller be checked in immediately, rather than kept until boarding.
Strollers that do not meet cabin size requirements must be tagged by a check-in agent. Without this tag, you won’t be allowed to bring the stroller to the boarding gate.
French bee does not provide protective covers or bags for strollers. We recommend wrapping or covering your stroller to prevent damage.
Upon arrival, strollers are delivered to the oversized baggage carousel.
They are not returned at the aircraft door or on the jet bridge.
