You can request a new reservation confirmation online with just a few clicks.
- In the “Manage My Booking” section on the website, access your booking by entering your name and your reservation number.
- Click on the “Get Confirmation” button at the top of the page.
- Select the desired method: email or printed document
*If you have lost your booking confirmation and no longer have your booking number or e-ticket, you will not be able to retrieve this information via “Manage My Booking.” In this case, please contact us directly so that we can resend your ticket.
