Certain name corrections are possible at no charge for all fare types, subject to the following conditions:
- The correction must be made within 24 hours of purchasing the ticket. (Example: A ticket purchased on Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. can be changed free of charge until Thursday at 12:00 p.m.)
- The spelling correction must involve no more than 3 letters in the first or last name, provided that the pronunciation of the name remains unchanged.
- Maiden name / married name for married women
- Reversal of first and last names
* If the error is detected within this 24-hour period, proof must be provided in order to reissue the ticket.
*Name corrections can be applied to all Bee light, Bee light+, Bee smart, and Premium flex fares.
If you request a correction outside the 24-hour period, you will be charged €100 per request.
The following changes are not permitted:
- Complete change of first name;
- Complete change of last name;
- Simultaneous change of first and last names.
* Tickets are non-transferable.
Additionally, the names listed in the reservation record (PNR) must exactly match those on your ID (ID card or passport).
